Cancellation, rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations made with 28 or more days notice are fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 14 days notice are 50% refundable.

Cancellations for orders due in less than 14 days will be fully charged and are non-refundable. Rescheduling fees: There will be a $75 fee charged for orders that need to be reschedule within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date.

We take on a limited amount of cakes per week and turn down other potential orders when your order is booked. It keeps us focused on creating a high quality cake for you!

Cake Changes

Single & 2-Tier Cakes:
Changes to your order may be made if your event is more than 7 days away. Please note that changes may change your price.

3+ Tier Cakes + Custom Cakes:
Changes must be made at least one month prior to the event date. Please note that changes may change your price.

We’ll review your requested changes and let you know if we can make those changes. If changes can be made, we'll notify you in advance if there is a price change. 
 

Deliveries/Pick up

Baked by Mommy is not responsible for the cake after it has been delivered/ picked up. 

Please keep this in mind especially for warmer months to prevent the cake from melting if left outside for too long or if any accident happen with the product during a car ride.

Outside Events

Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to heat and humidity. Buttercream reacts the same way as butter does; it melts under heat, it is the perfect texture at room temperature, and gets firm when cold.

Therefore, it is necessary to keep your cake away from heat and humidity to avoid disappointment. Baked by Mommy is not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up.

Allergies

Baked by Mommy, LLC  products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, cocoa or other allergens. While every precaution will be taken in the cases of known allergies, it remains the full responsibility of the Client to inform guests of possible allergens. Baked by Mommy, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions.
 

Our Guarantee

Baked by Mommy, LLC is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, transportation problems, illness, accidents, labor disputes or strikes, Acts of God, and other causes beyond reasonable control. A delay in transit shall not constitute grounds for a discount or refund.
 

I promise to do everything in my power to deliver you a cake that exceeds your expectations. I will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your cake. Please note that colors and design of actual cake may vary slightly from the inspiration picture you sent me or the cake sketch I made for you.
